Ordering
& Pre-Ordering:
Many
of the items sold through Muscle Cars & Classics (M&C) are
currently stocked, allowing us to immediately begin processing
your order for you. However, due to the nature of some of the items we have for
sale (i.e., limited edition diecasts), some merchandise may need
to be back-ordered or may be sold out from our supplier before we
are notified by them. If
an item on your order becomes a back-order item, you will not be
charged any additional shipping for that item.
Shipping charges are calculated one time for you, up-front
on your entire order. Since
some items are manufactured based on the number of pre-orders, the
manufacturer of these products reserves the right to cancel the
manufacturing of an item if not enough pre-orders are placed.
M&C is not responsible for any of the above situations
should they occur as they are out of our control.
All pre-orders are placed on a ‘first-come,
first-served’ basis. M&C
is not responsible for manufacturer shortages. Product pictures
shown are for example only, the actual product may differ.

or by calling 347-404-5453 and you will receive a response as soon as possible.
All
product prices are in U.S. dollars and purchases must be paid in
U.S. dollars.
Payment
terms:
All
orders must be pre-paid with one of the options we have provided
on our
online checkout page (Visa/Mastercard, E-check or PayPal). Please note that although E-Checks are accepted, your order
will be delayed until such time that funds are verified.
Notification will be sent upon any pre-payment problems.
If payment is not received within 10 business days, your
order will be cancelled.
Additional
Order Information:
It
is the responsibility of the customer to maintain record(s) of
order(s) including reference numbers of items ordered.
All sales are final.
Cancellation
Policy:
If
the customer wishes to cancel an order, it is that individual’s
responsibility to do so. This
cancellation policy only applies to orders that have not
yet been processed. Items
already processed for shipment may not be cancelled.
A cancellation number will be assigned by us for all orders
that may be cancelled.
Please email our processing manager at webmaster@musclecars-and-classics.com
to obtain a cancellation number. This number will be
maintained by us for future reference purposes.
Goods
Returnment Policy:
All
sales are final. We
inspect the merchandise to help ensure against shipping a
defective product. We
will accept defective merchandise if notified within 72 hours of
receipt of such merchandise.
Simply email our processing manager at: webmaster@musclecars-and-classics.com
to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Write this number very large on the package you are
returning along with a copy of your invoice. If the item is still available, we will replace it for you
free of charge. If
the item should no longer be available, we will credit your
account. NO RETURNS
WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS PRE-AUTHORIZED, AN RMA NUMBER IS ASSIGNED
AND PLACED ON THE RETURED PACKAGE AND A COPY OF THE ORIGINAL
INVOICE IS INCLUDED. M&C
will not be responsible for any shipping costs or damage resulting
from an improper return procedure from the customer.
This includes any return-transit damage.
Refusal
of Shipment:
Any
orders refused by the customer will be sent to be re-stocked in
the warehouse. A
re-stocking fee of 15% plus freight charges will be charged to
your account and you will be billed for such charges.
Any remaining back-orders on your account you may have will
be cancelled and no further orders will be processed for you until
the above fees have been collected.
